Boxbot provides supply chain automation for the logistics industry with a parcel storage system. This buffer system is coupled with a real-time optimized routing system to allow for rapid package handling for last mile delivery.

Tom provided turn-key hardware design across two revisions, including contract manufacturing management and bringup, for a central controller PCBA that could be shared between three core control pillars — conveyance, vehicle function and robotics control.

Close integration with the Boxbot firmware team and frequent onsite visits allowed for swift bringup and a fast revision cycle. Tom also provided hands-on assistance and guidance on next-generation hardware architecture and potential integration challenges.
