Tom provided complete electronic hardware design for a 1kW motor controller PCBA in 8 weeks. This included architecture, schematic capture, PCBA layout, contract manufacturer management and hardware bringup.

Additionally, Tom provided guidance on next generation system architecture to improve modularity and cost.
